Family Trust Investor (“FTI”) has invested in Hyla Germany GmbH (“Hyla Germany”) as a strategic partner and now supports the owner Michael Hausenblas in the further development of the company. Hyla Germany is the exclusive distributor in Germany and Austria of Hyla D.O.O., the quality leader in air and room cleaning equipment under the Hyla brand name.
Together with FTI, the founder and management of Hyla Germany will pursue further growth strategies in the coming years – including increasing brand awareness in German-speaking countries, digitizing internal processes and working additional end markets such as in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
